Yeah, I've been told. I actually have an appointment tomorrow for meds, though. Hopefully I get something that works for me. I'm exhausted.

I have bouts of moderate insomnia every month or so, coming in waves. Riding another one right now. I'm on my phone a lot before going to bed to get into the mood. My friendo recommended me a blue light filter app. Apparently the blue light screws with your circadian rhythm. So far so good, so if you tend to use your phone in the evening maybe that's something worth looking into. But hope you get better soon! Smile

oooh.... on Android, I use the Dolphin browser which has an awesome night mode that really helps with all the white background websites, when you're getting in the mood to sleep.
It's a shame not every app has such a night mode. Facebook, messenger and Skype, I'm looking at you 3!!
I have an epub reader app that I also keep configured to a black background and white letters and that doesn't hurt my eyes right before sleeping... in fact, I've been known to fall asleep while reading it... and waking up with the phone's alarm right next to me, instead of where I usually keep it at night... hehe.

When I cant sleep everything I write turns to nonsense gibberish which seems ok at the time. but when I read it back....
Opinions are like arseholes.
Once somethings firmly in there its very hard to dislodge.
