The evidence for that is overwhelming.
I don't think anyone should ever get away with committing a crime, but I think when it happens on a large scale the powers that be need to take a good look at the system and see if issues like poverty, discrimination or police brutality is the cause.

RobertE, Paulpablo, A theist and Belle Morte - may I ask what your stance is on that?
I don't understand your point of views on this subject.
Are you trying to create an equally opposite point of view to nullify their claims?
Where does the bitterness come from?

Personally, I've never been on a site where there were so many, seemingly, racist comments.
It makes me very uncomfortable and if there were ten more people reacting this way I would leave altogether.

Which comments seemed racist? Anything in particular I said?

You have an opposing view to him, therefore you're a racist.

That sounds like something a racist would say. You're pretty much Hitler at this point, Bella.
I don't believe you. Get over it.

I said seemingly racist.
I also said I didn't understand your points of view.
And I asked what your stances are because it's always hit and run.
It was dead easy for me to say exactly how I feel about the subject.
Whatever your views are, if you think they're correct, then it should be just as easy to state yours.
If I'm wrong then I'm not afraid to admit it, just tell me how my point of view is wrong.

There's quite a few black members here, does anyone see them rounding up support against white people?

There aren't that many black members who are regular posters here.

The only reason I'm here is because I happened to join during a period when this was atheist discussion forum. I got know some of the regular posters here, MOST of which are very decent people. If I'd been perusing the forums during one of the times when there have been multiple  nigger-bashing/ dog whistle threads going at once, I probably wouldn't have wasted my time.

Btw, none of you Usual Suspects need whine about about my black whining; That's not what I'm doing, assholes. I don't have any expectation that anything should or even could be done about it, or that anyone should care. I'm simply sharing my thoughts, as to how a member (particularly a new one) could be left with perception that this forum is fairly hostile.

black crime is disproportionate since the population in the US that is African American is only 14% white being
the majority no shit. Then here is the glaring facts of it all in the US you are more likely to be thrown into
jail for marijuana possession if you are black than white (you can thank the obvious unethical drug war for that).
Im going to list all this but a good bit can be found here http://www.huffingtonpost.com/kim-farbot...78586.html

So the US has a problem of racism and its a problem that is glaring us in the face yet no one does anything about it.
Education is one of the key things not religion is going to fix this problem we have. Then the other thing would be getting rid
of the obvious drug war going on.

To go back on topic here..... it is hypocritical... to get upset that a white person kills a black person. You know what i get it though but
at the same point... there is more black on black murders than white on black murders... so getting upset and rioting doesn't fix the problem
of black on black murder.  Then the next thing... would be stop with the violence... stop with the protests it doesn't help it only confirms a
negative stereotype this is why education really matters it is better for the development of ones self and the people around them.

Of  course it does, with the Chinese, Korean, Indian, Native American and Vietnamien all being victimised and being put into the same bracket since they are considered "races", just like the black and white population. Now, I have seen the list of ethnicities incarcerated in the US penal system and they have 4 categories, Hispanic, white, black, and all. Have you ever asked yourself the question as to why the aforementioned races are NOT represented in the statistics? If you remain discrete and you don't look for trouble, you don't give the authorities shit, then maybe, just maybe the authorities might just give you a break. Here in France, a gendarme or police officer can pull you over whilst driving or walking and you have to show your passport or identity card. Suffice to say, I have never been pulled over simply because I rest discrete and try not to bring attention to myself on the streets.

I am looking at the statistics here and yes there is a problem we still have racism we still have laws that hurt people of different skin color.
The drug war highly unethical and huge waste of tax payer dollars that can be spent on the reform of education and schooling. The other side of it
yes other races even though i don't believe in such a concept were all human I just don't believe in the idea of race to me it's a person with a skin color.
The problem is and always has been how people are being treated in this country like a cop already got in trouble for shooting a person who was doing
nothing wrong luckily said person is fine and is now suing the officer that shot him. Racism is still a problem and it's really no shit that New York police
officers are corrupt as hell they have a literal quota to fill when it comes to arresting minorities.

I know you said seemingly racist, hence the question, which comments seemed racist?

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

Criticising BLM is now "nigger bashing"?

I want an explanation too.

RE: Milwalkee riots
I'm not asking in the sense of demanding an explanation just to clarify, I'm just curious enough to ask.

I'm guessing it's something to do with ridiculing the legitimacy of burning stuff down as a form of protest.  Or ridiculing the woman who said something along the lines of "Go burn the suburbs down, not round here, we need our weave shops.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5CldSMYYzyw

I don't see how criticizing these specific people is racist, I hope these people don't represent black people as a whole.  I work with Africans straight from Nigeria who speak way better English than that guy in the first clip.
I just think it's crazy you have these people who think burning shit down is a solution, I thought the same thing when the riots happened in England whether it's white or black or whoever doing it.

Honestly I think I'm done with this forum. At least for a while. I've become so uncomfortable here.
