After all that, and since the new African America Heritage Museum is booked out until April apparently, I concluded my tour, only to be offered tickets to a hockey game. Watched a goalfest Washington Capitals game.
Pretty good seats.
All in all, a pretty eventful day.
I am so jealous, this visit to the Smithsonian ... but it won't be too long before I get there too. Great stuff, Steely.

It really is amazing. Everything is free. You really need two or three days to do it properly. There are 5 or 6 more museums I still haven't seen.

I don't feel comfortable about it, either.
Here's my rule of thumb, if it makes me uncomfortable, but it's something I *want* to do, I do it (read: try to do it). If it makes me uncomfortable and I don't really give a shit about it, I pass. If you don't really want to share, don't do something that makes you uncomfortable. If it's something you really want to do, I'm sure we'd all be happy to gaze upon all that is Jello. Well, maybe not all.
