Do they cover parts of you with lead shielding?

No, the radiation beam is (supposedly) very directed and while there's scatter, there's not a lot of it. It's a little freaky when I first get in the machine because I have to have my head tilted to the right (so they can irradiate a part of my neck without getting my chin or jaw) and the starting position of the machine is about a foot from my face so I can see right into the machine as it changes its beam shapes.

Did they give you a special tattoo?

A "little" freaky. Big Grin

Yes, but they're nothing spectacular: four tiny little blue/black dots they use to line me up with the lasers that shoot across the table. The one in the middle of my chest looks like a little black head pimple. Dodgy The others are a little tiny bit bigger.

You can always get a rad tattoo to cover them later.

Make an interesting connect the dots.

They're not noticeable enough to be worth covering. They look either like a black head pimple or really dark freckles.

I got a little video of myself on my phone. How do I post it here?
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
