Have you ever been raped? How many people you know personally have been raped?
I won't speak for Dyst, for obvious reasons, but personally I've known and comforted two people who were raped; one of them on two separate occasions. After one such, the person in question was so traumatised for a long time afterwards, she asked me to do something I will not share here to displace her feelings of the experience. All I will say is I couldn't go through with it.
