You believe that a person who owns a business shouldn't have a much control over their business they own as much a woman has over her own body that she owns.
I'm not specifically saying anything for or against that I'm just drawing the comparison that the two both do involve ownership and decision making based on that ownership.
If that's stupid then point out why.
Should a business be able to discriminate against a certain religion or sect? Why or why not? Yet when it comes to marriage, we easily can base our decisions on religion or sect? Why or why not?
I really don't know the answers. As I have said it just depends to what extent you think people should have control over what they own and the method you want to use to interfere with that control.
Besides if I answer you with my gut instinct answer it will severely derail the thread which I don't want to do, if you want to start a new thread I can answer the question there.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
