Okay, so you think throwing the switch would be murder, and not throwing the switch would be manslaughter? I can agree with this semantic, but either way, I think choosing the greater good is more important than preserving one's sense of moral integrity.

I'm pretty sure it's against the law to knowingly allow a vehicle under your control to kill people, even in a crisis situation.
