Did you read my IRL post? I don't care on a person to person level, but that changes when I'm expected to behave christian because everybody around me is christian or get the shaming/shunning treatment. I think the only place you have to put up with walking in my shoes is here.

I'm sorry people have shamed you for being atheist. A good way to respond is to not do the same thing and shame others for being things you're not.

I'm pretty thick skinned now, they still make the attempts but are mostly ignored. 

A good way to respond is just take it? Gee thanks. 

A better way to respond is sarcasm.
