Listen, suppose that that lady did put that doll in the window for the most evil racist mindset, the question is, should she be charged of any crime? I say no, and here's why: free speech is not negotionable. I can't agree with one's absurdities, but I'll defend one's right to do so.
When I look at insults, I think the one that said them is the dishonored. At what point the simple colour of a man's skin bacame taboo, when did a trait became insult? Racism is prolonged by those that are (ofc), but also for those that want to defend from it fundie style. Simply because they keep giving attention to those silly things.

You make the same point about free speech that others have made and you've followed this thread so you know I will say that we have a law in our country making it illegal to racially harass people. I happen to agree with that.
Racism is an evil, in my opinion, and should be tackled head-on whenever and however it occurs.
