It is against the rules to attempt to limit participation in a thread.

Oh I have no problem with him participating in his appropriate thread, just that it is the right one for the intended content and atmosphere of said thread to tread on the dead that were fed the tears shed from the head.

If you feel that another member is violating the rules, you can report such content to staff and they can then act on your report.
