Somehow, I managed to read the whole list. Virtually every single on of the so called "refutation" is of the following form
1. The skeptics say that the quran makes statement X.
2. The Quran does not make statement X.
3. We must look at the statement differently. By looking at it within context or by looking at it metaphorically or by looking at a different translation or by otherwise finding a different meaning, we see that the quran makes the statement Y.
4. So, quran does not make the statement X, but the statement Y.
5. So the quran is true.
The mistake here is that even if it did not make the statement X and if X is false, that does not make Y automatically true.
