Many don't care for it, true, but that doesn't mean they have the right to take it away from others, enforcing their morals or personal taste on others through the law. That's not right.
What if Santorum decided, as President (loooong shot I know), that he didn't like Rated R movies either and decided to make a law that all movies couldn't contain anything past PG rating level? It's the same concept. Whatever adults do in their personal lives in their own homes, so long as it isn't hurting another person, should not be even touched by the law, that includes porn, homosexuality, whatever floats your boat so long as it's not harming someone else.
