This side of the Louisiana Purchase, I doubt any government has got as much bang for the buck as Russia is getting for its investment in Trump's candidacy.
I recently consulted a thesaurus because I needed words that captured the insane degree of my disgust with this administration. Unfortunately, the damn book burst into flames. It seems I was in danger of breaking the English language.

It may have escaped your attention but Russia hasn't been communist for a while now. It is ruled by a criminal class of oligarchs.

The current state of the us is closer to the state of the russia from which the use of the term is derived. There really is a class of oligarchs ruling the united states...but putin either jailed, killed, or intimidated all of his oligarchs into submission long ago.
I wish the united states would try that. We won;t know whether or not it works until we try it, right? I bet we could do it even better. Kill just one Walton, and we'd see billions in yearly wage theft stop.

Why do Russians always get accused of being oligarchs but never Americans? How much ruling do you do?
And Trump can still be a commie in addition to all of the other things he's associated with. He's a toady to the Russians and to the Chinese.
Oh the US is an oligarchy as well. How could Trump have made it in a democracy?
