The GOP just shut the door on the extension of Bush tax cuts for the largest segment of the population. That's a big start. I hope they know by doing so, they just opened Pandora's Box on the tax cuts for the rich as well.
Most of the advanced countries in the world follow an even more extreme plan than I presented; America is actually the exception. It would not be hard to actually implement the plan seeing as how insurance agencies don't really care about the poor and destitute anyway.
