Do you really believe that? Mcdonalds sponsor perhaps, I don't what's going on there. Both Usain Bolt and Yohan Blake have came out and said they eat a diet mostly of carribean fruits/vegetables, 15 bananas a day, mangos, yams, etc.
Try running 100m, before you run, eat half a chicken breast.
Next race, eat 10 bananas before running.
