Astrology uses broad and general terms to outline personalities, which allows a person to insert himself or herself into the profile, and to shape it to fit. I don't know if it's true or apocryphal, but there's the old story about the teacher who handed out astrological profiles to his class, telling them that each was receiving a profile based on his or her birth sign. He asked them if the profile was accurate; nearly every student agreed that it was. He then asked the students to exchange their profile with that of another student and read it. It was at this point that the students became aware that they'd each received the exact same profile.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."
