What I hate though is even some well intended atheists want to protect the false martyrs. As much as I pick on all sorts of superstitions, religions and conspiracies, I will also defend say gays and Christians in Iran, and non violent Muslims living in the west.
But I will not defend the idea that because you got offended means you have the right to silence me.
Far too many people including some atheists, cannot separate the claim from the person. People make claims, but claims are not the person themselves.
