That belongs to the Mariana Trench. If the Bible/Qur'an said that, that would at least be a little more impressive for that time period, when people were no where near going to those depths yet.

"Ard" means "earth surface" , not land .

"Deni" means "low"

"Edna" is derived from the word "deni" , it means "lowest" .

If we put aside all and thinks that you dont know anything about arabic . You had write "on land" , not "on the land" . So provides a general sense , not a specific place .

But Quran talks about all the earth in the verse . So includes America continent . So Allah knows that there is no place lower than the around of Lutte , including the America continent . Now I wonder the next challenge , maybe you will try to dig a bore which is lowest than the Lutte or you will deny the date of discovery of America or you will say Greeks were also know this .

Did you read the full paper I linked to? I didn't think so. And there are loads of man-made places lower that the bottom of the dead sea. And loads of other places in the world lower (they are under the actual sea).
