When you refer to God even with a prenoun you should always capitalize. Otherwise you are being disrespectfil.

If your pet deity has an issue with the way his name is written in the English language then let him say so himself. Show us a scripture, if you can, that proves your unfounded assertion that his name must be capitalized in any language that had the ability to capitalize its letters. (If you were to ask this of a Muslim, they would laugh at your ignorance; Arabic has no capital letters.)
