How do we know if the killing was just or not?
I certainly wouldn't know.
In a court limited to incomplete knowledge, I would convict the man of murder.
That has no bearing on the ultimate justice of the man's actions. Only a perfect judge could know that.
Which is kinda how I'm living my life: if god has a problem with anything I'm doing, he's more than welcome to let me know. So far, his silence speaks volumes about either his apathy or his nonexistance. If god wants me to have more than my poor, pitiful, incomplete human knowledge, he'll let me know.
