A better example of a Genetic fallacy is: "bill states the one plus one equals two, however bill has never taken a math class in his life, therefore he must be wrong"
for the Genetic fallacy to be applicable, Arthur, it must be an axiomatic truth such as 1+1=2. clearly by this very post (and the simple fact that abortion is allowed)the contention that a zygote is a human being isn't. if someone has an extensive background in biology and they agree with your premise it helps your case to site them.
