This just gets sillier and sillier. If you prefer orange, than it's a fact that you prefer orange. But you don't believe in orange. You don't need to. You know as a fact that orange exists your eyes and everyone not colorblinds' eyes confirm it as well.
Your belief in god is different, because there are no facts to back it up, only your belief. But your belief can't magic god into existence. Either he exists or he doesn't and your belief won't change that.
Which brings us back the the question of fetuses. Either they have the kind of attributes that make up what we call a person or they don't. Unless we are talking about a religious concept like souls, this is a largely factual question. Your belief in the person-hood of fetuses is not relevant.
