Well, I see it's not just Americans who catch the Obama derangement delusion. What's sad is he's a pitiful excuse for a liberal. He's a center-right president but liberals often feel forced to defend him anyway because he's better than the screwball alternative offered by the GOP.
That some people continue to believe "Benghazi" is still a "scandal" is a testimony to how divorced from basic facts our political discourse has become. Back in my conservative days, I would spend 10% of the time debating the facts with liberals and the rest on how to interpret them or the best way to solve our problem. These days, spending 100% of the time on the facts clearly isn't enough.
How many GOP led congressional investigations have there been on Benghazi that have come up dry? I've seriously lost count. I know it's been several.
Frankly, I'm still fuzzy on why political action groups get to be considered tax-exempt public charities but Citizens United changed a lot in our political landscape.
Now go put on your tin foil hat.

mralstoner Wrote:As for the IRS, look up the heart wrenching testimony of Catherine Engelbrecht on youtube. That's great that you've found a radical right wing wackjob to tell her tear-jerking story about how oppressed she is getting non-profit status for her voter suppression group. In the real world, there is no evidence of any conspiracy at all, never mind one that goes all the way to the White House.
NPR Wrote:Now a fact check in the ongoing story about IRS treatment of conservative groups. For more than a year, two house committees have been investigating the IRS for stalling conservative groups that were seeking tax-exempt status. House Republicans have alleged the Obama administration orchestrated the delays. But as NPR's Peter Overby reports, the evidence collected over the past year fails to support that allegation.
