I rewatched the episode, and they close up on them touching, then close up on her holding hands with Missendi, then Jorah touches Dany a LOT during the battle.
I calle it bad writing in a fit of picque.
The writers, as far as I'm aware, have never done anything this stupid in GoT's before, so I don't think it can be bad writing (not that bad anyway, that would be so far out stupid, I refuse to believe they would do it).
Sir Jorah greyscale touching Dany will have some significance. Doesn't mean she has it, but it will have an effect on the story somewhere eventually, even if it just gets him banished again when she finds out he has it and went around carelessly touching people. Chekhov's Gun. Now we all just get to sit back and wait and see what it is.
