To achieve absolute knowledge, final certainty, is to achieve omniscience, to achieve omniscience is to achieve the capacity to know everything infinitely, infinity cannot be achieved or realised in the real world because it is a man-made abstract concept.
Truth and knowledge exist, yes. While we seek to uncover truths about our universe, absolute truth is an unrealistic goal, for while we can develop a description of reality of varying accuracy no description can ever be absolutely inaccurate or absolutely accurate.
