With the caveat against pornography and similar NSFW imagery, of course. But that ought to be basic common sense, you'd think.
As for the OP: if anyone has a problem with any member's post that they feel breaches the rules, it is their duty to report it. That said, it's in your interest to exercise a bit of that common sense. Think of that report button as making a call to the police - they wouldn't object to being alerted about anything from major violent crime down to a cat stuck up a tree. But it might not go the way you expect if you continually complain about someone looking at you funny or whispering behind your back.
We don't really have all that many rules, most of it is just basic netiquette and mutual courtesy as members of a community; which makes it all the more reasonable to become familiar with the rules that we do have. Bottom line - if you want to be shown some basic respect, try being basically respectable.
