Russia isn't going to start a war with us dumbass. So you think Putin has "balls", is that what life is about? Ok fine, go move to Russia, just remember Putin was a former KGB thug during the Soviet Union days and wants to take Russia back to those days. Is that what kind of "balls" you admire?

It's only a problem when the other side is doing the provocation, since it's not as if the Americans wouldn't have a history of pulling the same schticks. They did it when the Soviet Union still existed and I don't believe for a second, they're not doing it still. It's part of the powerplay, to show some muscle and to check defenses.

Just yesterday I read a statement by Russian generals where they voiced their surprise over what they called "our American collegues". They more or less pointed to the fact that they're not the only ones doing it and that it's business as usual in international waters. What's more, and since it bears repetition, these planes were unarmed, which the Americans don't deny. In fact, they were the ones pointing out that the planes didn't carry any weapons.
