As much as I dislike the large signatures dropping into a separate scroll box, it's better than many sites where the sig is simply tagged on at the end and can be paragraphs plus images with no easy way of bypassing them other than scrolling your mouse wheel to death.
Personally, I make every attempt to make my sig small enough that it doesn't scroll.
