It was paraphrased and paraphrased to the point of NOT maintaining the sense of the original, because Einstein did not say "we have no clue" he said "[we] but only dimly understand those laws. Our limited minds cannot grasp the mysterious force that moves the constellations." which is, as I said, a significantly different quote from the version you posted!
