We can though, if you look at societys that has collapsed or have managed to lived on, they had to make adjustments to their rules and even core fundamentals of it's inner workings. The second amendment is becoming a very dangerous in this age of money, politics, and morals. This country failed a long time ago, how do you think Asian and European societies have kept current?
They have evolved and started to throw out ancient and outdated ideas that no longer hold a relative point. I primarily watch over seas media, I have a general hatred of American television and I stay the hell away from mainstream American media. That stuff will cause anyone to lose brain cells and start believing in flawed ideas of the past. Not everything about American culture is rotten though, but that is not relevant to this topic. What is important that guns in this day need to be controlled and limited due to their threat to public safety. These company's who produce these weapons have made it next to impossible to fix the problems. Too many people have them and removing them the really harmful ones such as Ar15's, AK47's and other assault grade weapons has become an impossible feat without a major forceful raid of the United States.
These mass shootings will only get worse, a 64 year old man was able kill 59 people and injure over 500 people by himself. These types of weapons should not be allowed to produced in the quantity's that they are. Low captivity Pistols, shotguns, and single shot hunting rifles are acceptable. So, I do have a solution to keep the second amendment and three types of weapons available. A assault weapons ban, and restricting manufacturing all sales of assault weapons.
By having a independent community watch over and making it really, really, really fucking hard to buy a weapon of assault grade. Is the most logical answer to help put an end to these shootings that kill more people. If Steven only had access to a scoped single shot rifle, people would of still died, but he would of gotten far fewer since a single shot hunting rifle takes more skill to use. We would of been hearing numbers such as "two people killed and four were injured at a attack of a outdoor country music festivals".
That sounds a lot better then 59 killed and 500 injured, right?
