None of those things constitute mental illness by themselves. Some of them are symptoms.
One cannot talk about thresholds of mental illness without using the word "functional". I'm functional, most days, so I'm not considered mentally ill. Other people cannot function and they clearly are mentally ill.
The vast majority of Christians function just fine in society. The hold down jobs, raise families take political office and in general, get along.
I think it's a dangerous thing to start classifying particular beliefs as mental illness.
And with respect, suffering mental illness does not make one an expert on it, any more than having polio makes you an immunologist.
