I know there might be an inference there it would be OK to eat the profoundly developmentally handicapped, (persons, silly, not cows) but it ain't. From a religious aspect, it would be the soul thing cropping up again, in real life, eating people apparently propagates prion illnesses (among others) and we may have evolved a distaste for it because of that.
