I know it's not relevant but I don't think he's good at his job either (especially considering he claims to have been responsible for a lot of the recent changes to the forum, which are negative changes IMO).
But this is simply my opinion. Clearly the staff as a whole think he's good at being a mod otherwise they wouldn't keep him. Whilst we're being irrelevant I may as well give my opinion.
I didn't say that he needs to act professional as a mod. He's still acting more professional than I did as a mod. Which I'm more than willing to admit. I think I was good at being a mod though. Or at least, not crap at it.
