I'm kind of surprised that more people haven't touched on the issue of grooming under age men and women for this life style. I can understand choosing this life style as an adult. Unfortunately, from what I can tell, it appears that many are indoctrinated at a young age into the life style/business through abuse and manipulation.
So, for you folks where it is legal, does the system offer a way out for those that may have been indoctrinated? Any kind of support system? Any kind of screening?
It's a good question. I don't know much about how it works in countries where it's legal. I guess I would assume that there are support systems and initial evaluations. I would certainly want there to be.
I was also thinking about the drug element. I would again assume workers would have to be clean, at least with regard to hard drugs. Do they offer any form of rehab for those who want to move to being legal but are currently addicts?
I'd be interested if anyone could answer these points regarding current legal prostitution.
