It still amazes me that theists operate in a realm where they think we acknowledge that their god exists, but have decided not to worship it and follow its rules/examples for petty reasons. They cannot grasp that we don't believe and consider their god (whichever flavor it is) utterly fictional. I mean, what abaris quoted above could just as easily be:
"You figure yourselves better than Yoda."
"You've traded Thanos for peer pressure."
It holds just as much meaning to us. Same with argument via holy book quotes.
