I've been using a certain password manager for years.  It's been made somewhat obsolete by newer managers like lastpass and keepass.  Unfortunately switching over is not an easy proposition.  It took me several days of massaging CSV lists from the old password keeper to the new one.  I'm still depending on the older password manager.  I wonder how easy it would be to migrate my current password database to lastpass.  I'm guessing it wouldn't be easy.

Lastpass can import directly from some other password managers as well as a CSV file.

ETA:  I checked the options in the version I'm using, it imports from a couple of dozen different password managers.

Yeah, I just checked, I'd have to use a CSV file. When I converted to keepass I had to create two separate CSV files because of a mismatch between how keepass handles things and my old manager. I wonder what happens if I use both managers, will lastpass learn as it goes. Guess I'll try it out.
