Yes, we believe God knows what is happening in every inch of your body, if that wasn't already made clear to you in the bolded above. Your question doesn't "poke a hole" at all.
You asked a "childish question", as you put it yourself, to make fun of his beliefs. I'm not sure how you can call that a serious question in the same breath. I don't blame him for not wasting his time entertaining someone who's only purpose is to be condescending and has no interested in actual discussion but just here to be a pompous ass hole.
