You are twice my age and have been working here 3 years longer than I have yet I am your supervisor. I am tasked with making sure you and my other employee are trained in everything before I go on maternity leave. Why am I training you on things you should know better than me? Why is training you like pulling teeth? I can train my other employee in 15 things in a half hour. You are still writing your first note on the first topic. I don't get it. You act like you are smarter than us and wiser but you retain nothing and act like I haven't taught you it before. I have to stand behind you like a little child telling you step by step every single thing. I don't mean to get frustrated with you but I realllly am.
Perhaps you should say something to your boss because this person is going to be taking over your work while you're out. You don't want to come back to a fiasco and a mountain of errors. And you don't need that mess or stress. I'd think that the other person would be a better fit to take over. One person should be all they need, right?
I hope you can get this resolved by having them put someone else in charge while you're gone.
