Happened in Portugal recently. It is shocking to us, but there isn't a quest to assign race, religion or other matters into this violent act that must come with consequences.
And more importantly what needs to be done to have this not happening again. Instead of pulling this cases towards political agendas, why not to think of a way to solve these problems.
All I see in this thread is using these vile acts to excuse some parties from their political ideals.
Portugal must have incredibly low levels of violence if this shocked the nation. This looks like something you might see on a standard friday or saturday night around nightclubs in the UK.
What isn't something you'd normally see is someone being kidnapped, tied up, partially scalped, forced to drink toilet water then forced to say they love black people while having people around them saying fuck white people.
The attackers assigned race into their violent act. They surrounded a mentally disabled man and shouted fucked white people. Reporting on them doing that isn't assigning race into the problem.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
