Just got back to Misery (Missouri) after a few thousand mile run, from southeast Missouri up Kansas City, Kansas for Christmas, then down to Florida to get some of my business stuff out of storage, and then over to Louisiana to spend a few days with my parents. Made it out of KC before the weather turned bitterly cold and the snow fell, and had a lot of rain in Florida before I got a chance to really enjoy riding with my business partner and best friend, for the past few days, in Louisiana. It was only in the 40s, but we still had a blast...beats the weather up in the State of Misery!
Took a couple of pictures. Enjoy!
A weird-angled selfie:
Warming up with a cup of local Community Coffee:
We found some great fried boudin (Cajun rice-sausage) at this little hole-in-the-wall gas station, and got a local kid to photograph us:

A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.
