That's just Southern Europe tbh, sun's out 95% of the time even in not-"winter"
(Actually I don't know about Portugal, is it wetter being on the Atlantic coast?)
Well... to be honest, there are a few micro-climate regions along the coast here... Lisbon is a bit lucky for having a mountain to the West, from where most weather comes... gulf of Mexico weather system and all.
And that mountain is called Sintra, lots of water there... lots of nice trees and other greeneries.
Further inland, rain becomes lessened and it can get hot and sunny for long periods. However, global warming is messing with things...

Don't mind the perfect clear blue sky we had today... and are to have for the next week (according to predictions).
I'm very jealous from an astronomy point of view
The longer it stays without rainfall, the more particulates hang around in the atmosphere and the worse the picture gets.

Não. Caraças. Merda. Não. Não.
It's não working. [emoji20]
With a little bit of luck, you may find that some of those jobs don't require knowledge of Portuguese... (but it is a nice extra)
I'm not sure this method works... but... feel free to try!
