I hear ya. The patch of soil I buried him in, wasn't worked and its been dry weather. Kinda helps to channel that rage, the picaxe and the hoe. The rest of the soil has tomatos, beans, french garlic and lettuces. Its just 400 square meters that I do simple horticulture.

So very, very sorry to hear what happened to your dog, LP. Horrible and worse that it was done needlessly and intentionally by human beings. (I definitely prefer dogs.) I wish you luck with your detective work and then I wish you luck putting all that behind you. It will irritate you every time you think about it. Thank goodness you have your daughter now to brighten your life. I only ever buried my last dog and I found it pretty cathartic too. Hope you find another deserving dog.
