The vest was bought back when I weighed more so it doesn't fit so well.Good for you Whatevs's! I find I look much better in clothes that either fit perfectly or are a little snug. Too big clothes make me look bigger and shapeless. I ordered some Industrial band shirts in size Large a week or so ago because the X-tra larges are starting to look like potato sacks. It would be cool to take that dual picture. Too bad we're on opposite ends of the US. I've got 23 pounds left and I'm currently maintaining in the hopes that soon my health gets better and I can recoup lean mass.
Gradually my good fitting wardrobe is growing. For gardening and walking the dogs I'll wear almost anything. I'm not too concerned with accumulating cloths which I'll soon be too small for now. I'll always wear a size large shirt provided I don't blow up again. Part of the impetus for losing the weight was that I was popping buttons on some extra large shirts. The thought of shopping for xxlarge shirts was kind of scary.
A waist size of 38 has been good for quite a while (44 before losing the weight) but I do have a pair I bought new last year which is a little loose. My best guess is I'll wind up a 36 if I ever drop the final 12-13 pounds to get to my original goal of 175. Hell if that happens the 38's will become my gardening/dog walking pants.
When we're both there I'll buy the first ice cream sundae!
