Here is a picture of myself. With the simple to follow 16/8 diet method I now weigh about 10 kg less, at around 90 kg over following this diet just under 2 months.
I'll return back to regular meals around 80 kg or so. I haven't weighed that much for more than 12 years, which was before I got ill.
