Asking opinions of the artistically minded (or art appreciative type):
Do you think the "color splash" edit adds or detracts from a photograph? Me, I think if a photograph can't stand on its own with a bare minimum of editing (contrast, noise, exposure, dust fix), it's a shite photograph, but Luke was encouraging me to play more with post stuff, so... Say your worst, if you think it's a dumb technique - I'm already of the opinion that it's something a picture should be specifically shot for. But as I'm on my last week of the summer semester, I haven't had a lot of time to go out shooting so I just used some older to oldish photographs.
