Yes, we cut it's throat, simply. Windpipe, arteries, in one-two swift strokes. After that, we made a small hole in his hind legs, put a tube in it and blew the animal until it swelled up and the skin became separated from the muscles. Then, we began skinning it, breaking the hind legs from the joints, and hanging them from the joints to a bar with the help of a hook. Then we took out it's entrails, and all other innards, stomach, heart, and etc. Then we began chopping it up into smaller pieces, removed the forelegs, chopped the head off, and took it away with us to the house of a friend(the one in the second picture, leftmost one from the first row).
