Is this your room at home? What are the walls made of? Is that true angled slats? That would be ridiculously expensive to do in today's modern homes here. Does the house have a story?Yep, that's at home. The house was built in 1933, in the worst of the Great Depression. My grandmother had a younger sister with lung problems and the doctors told the family to move to higher ground... so they built this. That's an interior wall behind me and an exterior wall to the side. It's some sort of... I've heard people call it beadboard, but I'm not sure what it is.
The house is ridiculously sturdy, even though the foundations are shaky the walls are solid wood.
Bead board solid sheet that fakes the slat look. If it is individual slats, then Wow! You've got a nice house either way. I hope your family takes good care of it for your future generations.
