I don't understand the need to be politically active under the label of "atheism." What's wrong with secularism?

Plus, the whole 'you're either with us or against us' reeks of facism.

Yes, that was particularly and unfortunately revealing, wasn't it? Whatever people's opinions about Thunderf00t there was definitely no need for all that drama.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Urgh, this is just giving stock to the view that atheists are arrogant and obnoxious. This group needs to come with a disclaimer like "not endorsed by many atheists".
