I prefer the LolCat Bible. Funnier. Also the pictures are better.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

If he knows everything about me and created me specifically as I am, and if my life was already planned out by Him before I was even conceived, then isn't God the one who condemned me to hell?

No, God did create you as one with free will, thus if you wind up in hell it all falls on you, your chose, your punishment. Your statement is like that of the thief, " well if he did not have all that money I would have not killed and robbed him." This logic of your's does not fly.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

But god knows everything and when he creates someone knowing they are destined for hell, how can there be any other outcome?

I find it near impossible that such a being claims to have spent all this 'time' pouring out its love onto its creation only to have it die from e.g. starvation, all the while KNOWING that it was going to happen, because the being itself claims to have given the creation that 'purpose'.

I'm sorry, but that's the most sickening thing I've ever heard.

Perhaps so, though the subject of free will is certainly up for debate, however I'll put that aside for the moment.

Psalm 139:13

He goes on to say that He is the one that created me exactly I was, with purpose and intent. How then can I not attribute my atheism to Him. If He wanted to, he could have made me differently, without affecting my free will.

There is no reason God couldn't have created us with an inherit knowledge of His existence thus increasing greatly the number people getting through the pearly gates, which is exactly what he wants supposedly. And in case you're going to use that "free will" excuse again, I should point out that knowledge, in no way, negates free will. A good example would be the angels and demons you believe in. Angels were created with a knowledge of God, and yet some of them still chose to fall from his grace. Despite the knowledge of his existence, they still had their free will.

Except, the money is mine and I am the one being killed and robbed.
