Thought I'd make a contribution to your thread....I can understand that Police sometimes have to use force to subdue some suspects. But once subdued and cuffed there's no more reason for the police to use force.

Mesa, Az. This one made the local news. The cop they brought in as a commentator cautioned that we can't see the man's arms. True, all we can see is a pair of cops on top of him beating the shit out of him while he lies on the ground.
